When packing our products, we take many factors into account, primarily customer requirements. Here are the five packing methods we use.
When packing our products, we take several factors into account, primarily the specific requests of our customers.
The types of cartons we generally use are as follows:
1 — 50*80*50 cm horizontal cartons
This packing method, which accommodates approximately 22 suits, helps reduce both space requirements and shipping costs. The 22 suits are packed lying flat within the carton. Upon arrival, the items are removed from the carton and steamed while on hangers. This steaming process is very quick—simply applying steam is sufficient.
2 — Country-specific cartons
In some countries, specific dimensions are critical, as customs authorities may base taxation on the size of the cartons. To address this, we prepare cartons that meet the customer's specific requirements and ship the products accordingly. This approach is commonly used for shipments to countries such as the United States.
3 — Maximizing items per carton
This method is utilized for shipments to countries where labor costs are low. The products are packed without hangers and are folded before being placed into the cartons. This allows for approximately 40 items to fit into a single carton. While this significantly lowers shipping costs, it necessitates additional processing, such as steaming or ironing, upon arrival.
4 — 76*45*103 cm hanging cartons
These cartons are designed to hold approximately 11 suits or formal groom’s attire. Although they are less efficient in terms of space and shipping costs, they are highly advantageous for customers with multiple retail locations. Each shipment can be tailored to a specific store, allowing the products to be sold immediately upon removal from the carton—ensuring they remain free of any wrinkles or damage. 5 — Garment-on-hanger (GOH) truck
This method is used when shipping 1,500 or more items. Products are loaded into the truck on hangers, ensuring that upon arrival at your warehouse, they are immediately ready for sale. It is the most efficient method for large quantities of items.
